Por si te sirve de algo, Adam Babcock de rtings ha dicho esto sobre el contraste de la Q70R:
"The native contrast of the Q70 is better than the Q90, but since you can’t normally disable local dimming on Samsung TVs, most people won’t notice it. The Q90’s local dimming feature is able to boost the contrast ratio higher than that of the Q70 with local dimming (11200:1 vs. 8056:1). In a side-by-side comparison, there can be a noticeable difference between them, depending on the scene. In difficult scenes, with many small objects in an otherwise dark scene (stars, a city at night, etc..), the Q70 looks better, as the higher native contrast is more effective than the local dimming. In easier scenes, the local dimming of the Q80/Q90 is better"
"Does Rtings have a general opinion on this approach? I find most of us are just perplexed about the efforts, since it really doesnt give any one TV in this lineup the definitive “best” purchase, all things considered. Last year was a bit more clear cut - Q9FN was the best of the bunch, and was deserved of the flagship moniker. You wanted to save money but get a similar experience, get the Q8FN. Want to go even cheaper - go edge lit with the Q7 and Q6.
Each step down was a step down altogether.
This year? There are arguments to be made for the Q70 outright over the Q90 - the savings are so significant, and the Q70 can even outperform the Q90 in certain situations.
That shouldnt happen"

Me parece, como poco, sorprendente.
